Mr. Apurve Goel

An expert in the green energy sector, with in-depth immersive knowledge of renewable and green energy and key strengths in strategic planning, business development, organizational excellence and project execution, Mr. Goel manages the operations and all management aspects of Kundan Green Energy. This includes project and land acquisition, organizational excellence, raising thresholds to global best practices and overall execution.

Mr. Sheikh Mojaharul Islam

Mr. Sheikh Mojaharul Islam holds a B.E degree with specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. With over 13+ years of experience, he has been involved in Pre-Bid, Post-Bid, and EPC works for different Solar, FMCG and Railways projects spanning India and the globe. In his professional career he had a stint of 7+ years of working overseas especially in the African continent with different Cement, Solar and FMCG Projects. He was associated with Saatvik Group, ATV Group, Green Valliey Industries in his past work portfolio and had held key roles and been a part of their success stories. He has been leading the Solar Division with an aim to achieve a portfolio of 1GW+ by 2027.

Mr. Gaurav Agarwal

Mr. Gaurav Agarwal is a seasoned professional with 16 years of experience in the Indian power sector. He holds a B.E. in Computer Science and an MBA in General Management from IIM Kashipur.

He has worked with reputed organizations such as JSW Energy and Lanco, and has been involved in key roles across power trading, regulatory affairs, and hydro project development. He has also completed certifications in Regulatory Affairs in the Power Sector and Solar Power Engineering, and participated in an International Immersion Program in Athens, Greece.

His core expertise includes power market strategy, regulatory compliance, hydro project planning, and stakeholder coordination. He has worked closely with CERC/SERCs, DISCOMs, and power trading platforms, contributing to policy alignment, bidding processes, and sustainable energy initiatives.

Mr. Deepak Goel

Mr. Deepak Goel is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain optimization, and commercial operations across industries like automotive, technology, and energy. As the Head of Materials Management at Kundan Hydro Pvt. Ltd., he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire supply chain for multiple hydro and solar energy projects across India, ensuring cost efficiency and operational excellence. His expertise in capital procurement, vendor management, and resource optimization has been instrumental in driving timely project deliveries and maximizing return on investment. Mr. Goel’s leadership is central to Kundan Group's continued growth in the energy sector, leveraging his vast experience to navigate complex market dynamics, manage critical supplier relationships, and support the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Mr. Ashish Rangra

With an expertise of over 12 years in Hydropower projects, Mr. Ashish Kumar is responsible for oversight of projects under construction, including on-site investigations and risk assessment . His responsibility lies in safe and compliant project completion. He represents Kundan Green Energy in stakeholder engagement for technical solutions and bespoke design aspects.

CA Anuj Lohia

CA Anuj Lohia is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of post-qualification experience, known for his sharp commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset. He brings extensive expertise in taxation, finance, accounting leadership, and strategic management consultancy.

Throughout his career, Anuj Lohia has led complex audits, financial planning, budgeting, and tax compliance initiatives across diverse sectors, including manufacturing and construction. He has also been instrumental in the successful implementation of SAP systems in large organizations
and has overseen coordination across multiple construction sites.

CS Arpit Suri

CS Arpit Suri is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with 13 years of professional experience. He holds an LL.B. from Agra University and a PGDBA from Symbiosis.

He has worked with reputed entities including Rama Steel Tubes Ltd., Jawa Capital Services Pvt. Ltd., Prakash Woollen Mills & Synthetics Ltd., and the Paisalo Digital Group. He has also served as an Independent Consultant, advising clients on strategic and compliance matters.

His core expertise lies in secretarial compliance for listed companies and NBFCs, with strong command over SEBI regulations such as LODR, ICDR, and PIT. He is proficient in managing listing compliances, corporate governance, regulatory filings, takeovers, restructuring, and deposit-related matters under the Companies Act.
