Mr. Udit Garg

He oversees the Kundan Group’s global operations, seeking to optimize the Group’s growth trajectories. In addition, he leads Kundan Group’s business division of renewable energy, with Kundan Green Energy. A subsidiary of the Kundan Group, Kundan Green Energy is committed to contributions in consistently generating sustainable green energy alternatives through optimal efficiencies in materials, techniques, systems and processes. Embedded in sustainability, since 2017 it plays a growing role in India's transition away from fossil fuels towards sustainable green energy. Amongst India’s leading power traders and one of the few brokers as Category II Inter-State Trading Licensee from the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) the company collaborates with electricity boards and discoms to deliver a comprehensive suite of trading services spanning short-term, medium-term, and long-term open access arrangements.
Mr. Udit Garg has demonstrably accelerated corporate growth paths, new business development and diversifications for the Group. Mr. Apurve Goel

Mr. Apurve Goel serves as the Director and Chief Operating Officer at Kundan Green Energy Private Limited, where he leads the company’s business development, project acquisition, tendering operations, and overall operational strategy. With extensive expertise in the renewable and green energy sector, Mr. Goel plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and expansion initiatives. He oversees end-to-end project development and execution, including tender participation, project acquisition, implementation, land acquisition, and operational management across the organization.

Known for his strategic vision and strong execution capabilities, Mr. Goel has been instrumental in identifying new growth opportunities, securing large-scale renewable energy projects, and strengthening operational excellence within the company. His leadership focuses on adopting global best practices, enhancing organizational efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution across Kundan Green Energy’s portfolio.

An expert in strategic planning, business development, and project execution, Mr. Goel continues to lead the company’s expansion in the renewable energy sector while reinforcing its commitment to sustainable and future-ready energy solutions.

Mr. Vinod Kumar

Mr. Vinod Kumar is a qualified Electrical Engineering and highly experienced professional with over 25 years of expertise in the power sector. He possesses 3 years of industrial experience and 22 years of specialized experience in Hydro Power Projects, covering Erection & Maintenance (E&M) and Operation & Maintenance (O&M).
He has extensive knowledge in handling overall plant administration, operation management, maintenance coordination, and ensuring efficient performance of hydro power systems. His strong leadership and technical capabilities have contributed significantly to successful project operations and organizational growth.

Mr. Varun Gupta

Mr. Varun Gupta represents rich and diverse professional credentials across different aspects of fiscal strategy, oversight, bids, business development, corporate and government affairs, besides business alliances and structuring. This includes consistently demonstrated transformations through mergers and acquisitions, structural reforms and re-structuring, forging national and international alliances. With leadership briefs in large, multiple-stakeholder driven organizations like SBI Capital Markets and CRISIL {a Standard & Poor company}, Mr Gupta remains keenly invested in agendas of economic reform. And has worked closely with several Government ministries and departments at the central and state levels. Widely recognized for his professional integrity, he has been the designated first responder and advisor for central and state governments. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Mr Gupta helms strategic planning and initiatives for the Kundan Group. In addition to overall operations of the Kundan Group, he leads strategic formulations and alliances including business development, expansion of existing businesses, mergers and acquisitions, taxation accounts and cost management. Mr Varun Gupta is a recipient of impressive peer reviewed awards and honours.

Mr. Vidit Garg

Mr. Vidit Garg is focused on business and management practices with a view to creating efficiencies of scale. Besides managing group corporate affairs, external relations, business alliances, governance. He spearheads Kundan Minerals & Metals which incorporates the Group’s Gold business. He played a key role in the sustained growth and expansion of the initial gold business into a comprehensive and integrated business. Mr. Vidit Garg manages the end-to-end value chain from prospecting and mining to concentrates to channel partners, to refineries, to production, to distribution and sales.
